School of Engineering Job Fair News video from the spring 2008 fair The School of Engineering at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, will host its annual Job Fair on Thursday, March 19, 2009 in the Research and Economic Development Center (REDC). The fair will run from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. This fair is limited to 42 companies on the main floor and another 10 companies who are hiring plastics students. Those who register should be looking to hire students for full-time, part-time, summer co-op and internship opportunities. Our majors include: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Software Engineering; and Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, and Plastics Engineering Technology. Early on-line registrations are encouraged. Registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered complete when the fees are paid. You will be offered two methods of payment: 1) credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) or 2) by check. The registration fee continues to be $100 and checks should be mailed promptly and made payable to "Penn State University." Students Please attend "JOB FAIR SAVVY" presented by Bob Raybits from Northrop Grumman on Wednesday, March 18 at 5:00 p.m. in REDC 180. This activity is sponsored by SPE, SWE, ASME, and NSBE. Food will be served. You will be expected to register for the event when you enter. Please stop at the registration table in front of the REDC 213 suite, at the top of the staircase where you come in from the parking garage. Please note that all students and any visitor without a parking pass will be ticketed or towed.
