First preference for this scholarship opportunity goes to children of full-time employees of PHB, Inc. and Reddog Industries, Inc. Second preference goes to full-time employees of said companies. All scholarship recipients must be enrolled full-time and have a 3.0/4.0 minimum cumulative grade point average. Scholarships are renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the scholarship guidelines.

I understand that scholarship awards may be adjusted or revoked due to unsatisfactory academic progress, change in enrollment status, ceased enrollment at Penn State Behrend, or otherwise failing to meet the guidelines of the awarded scholarship.
