Free Adobe Software to Promote Digital Fluency

On September 18th, Penn State IT embarked on a new initiative to help promote digital fluency among students.  The first part of this initiative involves providing Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) free to all faculty and students.  While Adobe CC is available to faculty and students at no cost, staff still have the opportunity to gain access to these products.

The Adobe contract is multi-year, with the first year centrally covered; however, the cost mode for years two and three is currently undetermined.  While the product is currently free for staff, there is a possibility that there will be a cost to continue to use the software in years two and three.  As a result, a school/department may incur costs for this software in future years.

Visit Adobe Creative Cloud at PSU for more information about this new initiative or to view a list of available Adobe CC products.

Faculty and Staff:  If you are interested in having an Adobe product installed on your system, please submit an IT Request Ticket.

Students:  You can visit Adobe Creative Cloud at PSU and then follow the instructions to download the software.
