Baseball's Dubensky Named Behrend Athlete of the Week

Dubensky (Punxsutawney/Punxsutawney)
has
been named the ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR athlete of the week for the week of
May 12, 2008.
Over the weekend, the Penn State Behrend baseball team captured the 2008
AMCC conference title. Dubensky contributed major efforts in the wins
over the weekend, connecting on nine of 16 at bats for eight RBIs and five
runs scored. During the championship game alone on Sunday, Dustin went
three for four, with four RBIs and one run scored.
Taking the number four seed, the
Behrend Lions (34-10) will begin play in the NCAA Division III Tournament on
Wednesday, May 14 at Riverfront Stadium in Newark, New Jersey. They
will take on #5 Messiah in the first round of play in the double-elimination
tournament.
