| The Copy and Multimedia Center studio, located in 69 Irvin Kochel Center, is a video conference facility used primarily for videoconference meetings and classes.
REDC 236 is also equipped for videoconferencing. Videoconferencing is enabled through PolyCom and requires compatible units on both ends. Please call CMC at x6121 in advance to reserve a time for your class or meeting. If this is a point-to-point conference, it is best to decide in advance which party will be placing the call. If there are more than 2 points involved, a bridge reservation will be required. Advance notification of at least 10 days will be necessary to arrange this type of meeting.
