Request Computing Support or Resources

This page is for faculty and staff use only.

If you need to request computing support and/or resources from the Behrend Computer Center, please use the form(s) below.

  • Work Order (form) - Request installation and support of hardware and software.  (In addition, information for new software licenses must be entered into the software database.  Please contact the designated person in your school or department so that the information can be entered into the database.)
  • Computer Resource Authorization (form) - Request to grant or to revoke administrative network privileges.  Example:  Use this form to grant a new employee or student worker access to your department's X drive.

Work Order Form

Some types of assistance, such as hardware and software installations, repairs, or troubleshooting, require that a work order be placed with the staff assistant. If you need to place a work order, complete the form below.  You may also call the staff assistant at x6018 to place a work order.

If you have any questions concerning the status of your work order, please view the Work Order Status web page first.  After checking this page, if you still have any questions, contact the staff assistant or call extension 6018.

Instructions:  To submit a work order, please complete all of the information in the form below.  When done, click the Submit Form button.  Your work order will then be sent electronically to the staff assistant.  The staff assistant will call you to confirm the placement of the work order, obtain any other needed information regarding your computer problem, and answer any other questions you may have.  If you are not contacted by the staff assistant within twenty-four hours, please call x6018.
