The Residence Hall Network Help Desk offers a variety of support services for on-campus residents' network connections. Technicians can assist with network connection applications, support the entering of network connection data, troubleshoot network connectivity problems, install and configure anti-virus and personal firewall programs, provide virus disinfection services, and assist with operating system critical update installation.
The Residence Hall Network Help Desk is located at the Hammermill Help Desk. The help desk is staffed Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Walk-up customers are welcome or you can take advantage of support that is provided by phone or by in-room visits that accommodate a student’s busy daily schedule.
