Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, has more than 240 full-time faculty who teach and conduct research in four schools -- Sam and Irene Black School of Business, School of Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and School of Science. The college also has twenty-seven outreach initiatives ranging from the Economic Research Institute of Erie to Pennsylvania Sea Grant to the Plastics Technology Center.
Faculty experts are available to discuss a range of issues with the news media, and many faculty make presentations to community and professional organizations.
