Dr. Kim earned his Ph.D. at Texas A&M university and has more than twelve years experience. Dr. Kim also is also a recipient of the best teacher award in engineering college and the best paper award at American Society of Civil Engineering.

Project risk analysis; Project cost forecasting; Schedule forecasting; Probabilistic IRR and payback period analysis; Bayesian modeling; Monte Carlo simulation. A dozen of papers were published in prominent journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, etc.
