Greg Zimmerman '02 Honored With 2016 Penn State Alumni Achievement Award

Mechanical Engineering Technology alumnus Gregory A. Zimmerman ’02 is a 2016 recipient of Penn State’s Alumni Achievement Award, a celebration of accomplished alumni age 35 or younger.

Zimmerman is director of global application and product engineering for SKF Aerospace, a leading supplier of bearings, seals and structural components for aviation engines and frames. He directs a multinational team of engineers who support SKF Group’s sales professionals and customers.

Accounting Graduate Bruce A. Gray '80 is 2015 Alumni Fellow

Oil City native Bruce A. Gray, a senior vice president at Bank of America, has been named Penn State Behrend’s 2015 Alumni Fellow. Gray graduated from the college in 1980 with a degree in accounting.

Board of Trustees Approves New Penn State Behrend Residence Hall

Penn State’s Board of Trustees has approved the design and funding for construction of a $28.4 million residence hall at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. The building, which will be located near Ohio Hall, at the southwestern corner of the campus, is scheduled to open at the start of the fall 2018 semester. Construction is expected to begin this month.
