The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) course introduces students to the process improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies that will empower them to lead and implement successful Lean Six Sigma projects. Students will learn Lean and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies (i.e. 8D and DMAIC) and the important tools for improving quality and reducing wastes in manufacturing, service, and/or healthcare industries.
This eight-week online training course is designed for you to participate in online face-to-face training with the instructor and part online work using the resources and step-by-step guides and videos. The course includes both synchronous and asynchronous tools and options to provide the participants with different ways to learn.
Each week we will apply the lessons to a case study that will qualify you for the certification upon successfully completing an exam. It is recommended you allot an additional five hours per week for study and assignments.
