Behrend's Information Technology Services (BITS) provides support for your remote teaching, learning, and work environments.
The availability of in-person consulting will vary during the holiday, remote learning, and semester break periods. Please see our hours of operation for details of when the Hammermill Service Desk is staffed. Aside from walk-up support, our Virtual Help Desk (via Zoom) is also available whenever the Service Desk is staffed. You can reach out for video chat support from anywhere!
In addition, you can reach us by phone at 814-217-HELP (4357). During off hours, calls will automatically be forwarded to the University IT Help Desk.
And, of course, you can submit an IT ticket simply by visiting the Cloud Services web site. Just click on the link to Submit a Ticket. The Cloud Services site also provides information that students, faculty, and staff need to know in order to access resources remotely, including cloud printing and using WebLabs to find available computers.
