Behrend's Information Technology Services (BITS) is providing support for your remote teaching, learning, and work environments. Although in-person consulting is temporarily suspended, we are providing virtual support through several different avenues.
If you need assistance, our Virtual Help Desk (via Zoom) is open Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. (The Zoom room number is 8142174357. But if you click on the link for the Virtual Help Desk, it will take you directly to that room.)
In addition, you can also reach us by phone at 814-217-HELP (4357) during our office hours of 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, calls will automatically be forwarded to the University IT Help Desk.
And, of course, you can submit an IT ticket simply by visiting the Cloud Services web site. Just click on the link to Submit a Ticket. The Cloud Services site also provides information that students, faculty, and staff need to know in order to access resources remotely, including cloud printing and using Remote Lab to find available computers.
