2022 University-wide student awards announced for Penn State

Behrend to host Zoom program with faculty members in Kyiv, Ukraine

The Public Policy Fund at Penn State Behrend will host an online panel discussion on March 24 with faculty at the Kyiv School of Economics, including the school’s president, who continues to teach, even while his country is at war. Lena Surzhko Harned, assistant teaching professor of political science at Behrend, will moderate the program.

Behrend career fair returns to in-person format

Recruiters from more than 130 companies and community organizations met with students at Penn State Behrend’s spring Career and Internship Fair. “The job market is positive right now,” said Kyle Danzey, director of career services at the college.

More than 1,300 attend Behrend STEAM Fair

The March 14 STEAM Fair at Penn State Behrend featured 75 hands-on activity stations, with 3D doodle pens, a wind tunnel, remote-control LEGO robots and an Easter egg zipline. More than 1,300 people attended.
