Dr. Catherine Stiller has been a nursing educator for over thirty three years teaching in both in-person and online programs predominantly in the Erie area with a specialty in adult medical-surgical nursing.

Dr. Catherine Stiller is interested in the value of holistic health and complementary therapies in managing chronic pain and anxiety in persons. She has been a therapeutic touch practitioner and Director of Complementary Care for a local health center in the Erie, community. She is interested in studying end-of-life care and bereavement for elderly patients. She has been educated by ELNEC to act as a core trainer for end-of-life care. Nurses' health and welfare is also a special concern for Dr. Stiller. Dr. Stiller is also interested in studying students' learning and studied learning styles of successful versus unsuccessful nursing students in completing her masters thesis.
