Dr. Hsin-Li Chan is currently an Assistant Teaching Professor in Industrial Engineering at Penn State Behrend, having been a faculty member since 2018. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. Before completing her Ph.D., Dr. Chan achieved an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Syracuse University and a B.B. in International Business at Taiwan
