Ms. Jianing Zhi is an associate teaching professor of project and supply chain management at Penn State Behrend. Prior to that, she obtained a doctorate degree in Operations Management at the University of Alabama.

Her research focus is on supply chain management, network design, resource allocation, and mixed-integer programming. In particular, her research involves the application of a variety of optimization techniques to solve challenging problems in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare. Her publication has appeared in IIE Transactions on Healthcare Systems Engineering.
