Lena Surzhko-Harned, assistant teaching professor of political science at Penn State Behrend, will moderate a panel discussion about Ukraine and the Russian troop build-up on Wednesday, Feb. 9, at 3 p.m. The program, sponsored by the Public Policy Fund at Behrend, will be hosted on Zoom.
