Erika Berlin, M.A.

Erika Berlin developed a passion for serving youth in Erie County as a volunteer mentor while a student at Penn State Behrend, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Communication and Media in 2003. She earned a master's degree in Learning Design Technology from Stanford University, culminating in the design of a research-informed microjournaling platform that provides a cognitive strategy for self-reflection and lifelong learning. She maintains a commitment to understanding how safe social climates are built through daily, positive interactions both in-person and online. Erika has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit, start-up, and corporate sectors.
