Giving to Penn State Behrend

Philanthropy has been at the heart of Penn State Behrend since June 28, 1948, when Mary Behrend donated her Glenhill Farm estate to Penn State University. Today the college’s philanthropists include alumni, friends, corporations, foundations, and other organizations.

With the generous support of its many donors and friends, who share their financial resources, time, expertise, and equipment, Penn State Behrend has become a major college of Penn State, growing in both reputation and impact.
