Six business leaders with experience in management, finance and product innovation will serve as Executives in Residence at Penn State Behrend's Black School of Business during the 2021-22 academic year.

Steven D. Bugajski, the chief information officer at U.S. Steel, is serving as an executive in residence at Penn State Behrend's Black School of Business. He lead's U.S. Steel's global IT operations, including delivery of the company's overall digital strategy and cybersecurity.

Jeremy O'Mard, a managing consultant at IBM Global Business Services, is serving as an executive in residence at Penn State Behrend's Black School of Business. He is responsible for the installation, maintenance and security of IBM's Commissary Advance Resale Transaction System.
