Did you know that you can reset your Access Account password? And that you can do it any time, anywhere, and without the intervention of the ITS Account Office at U.P.? Yes, that's right.
But there is one small catch.
You need to first set up your security questions. It's simple and quick to do. Just visit the Penn State Password Management site and select the option to Set/Update My Security Questions. From there, select three questions and provide the appropriate answer for each.
So if you ever forget your password or if your password expires, you now have the ability to reset your password --- pronto! But you first need to set up your security questions, so do it now before it slips your mind!
