The men’s volleyball team at Penn State Behrend won its first Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference championship after posting a 3-1 conference record during the regular season.
The college’s spring 2017 stage show was Dogfight, a two-act musical that explores love, war, and friendship. All six performances at the Studio Theatre sold out.
“You Will Be Found,” the spring concert from the Young People's Chorus of Erie begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 11, at Luther Memorial Church, 225 West 10th Street. Gabrielle Dietrich, center, will conduct the Concert Chorus, Young Men’s Chorus, Chorale and Cantare, YPC’s training chorus.
Andrew Byrnes, the former chief of staff at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, will discuss his career path and innovation on Tuesday, April 3, when he visits Penn State Behrend as part of the college’s Speaker Series.
Nishi Gupta, a 1982 graduate of Penn State, has created a $50,000 scholarship, with a $50,000 match by the University, to benefit engineering students at Penn State Behrend.
