More than 1,200 students attended Penn State Behrend’s fall Career and Internship Fair, which featured recruiters from 187 companies, including Bausch & Lomb, ExxonMobil and the Naval Nuclear Laboratory.
Mary Behrend’s art studio has been repurposed over the last 80 years, serving as a bunkhouse, a library and a student lounge. Today, students are again using the space to express themselves through art.
Penn State Behrend recognized more than 150 students for excellence in scholastic achievement and campus engagement at the college’s Honors and Awards Convocation.
In 2026, Penn State Behrend students traveled to Roaring River State Park in Missouri for an Alternative Spring Break focused on trail maintenance and conservation. Through hands-on work—clearing brush, repairing paths, and preserving natural areas—students supported one of the state’s most visited parks while also exploring the Ozark landscape through hiking, fishing, and group activities.
