Presentations on social media, video game development, digital humanities, augmented reality, and technology as well as musical performances will all be offered during the third-annual Digital Media Festival, which will be held this month at Penn State Behrend.
More than 750 students attended the Spring Career and Internship Fair, held Thursday, March 15, at Penn State Behrend. A record 176 companies were represented at this spring's fair.

Together, the group of students took first place in the General Motors Challenge at this past fall’s HackPSU. Their project used GM’s new vehicle infotainment system to simplify finding parking on college campuses.
On Thursday, March 29, Melissa Fraterrigo will read excerpts from her new novel “Glory Days” as part of Penn State Behrend's Creative Writers Reading Series. Her 6 p.m. reading and the reception preceding it are free and open to the public.
Omar Johnson will discuss the changing marketing and advertising fields on Thursday, March 22, when he visits Penn State Behrend as part of its Speaker Series. His presentation, “Experience is the New Marketing,” begins at 7:30 p.m. in McGarvey Commons, in the college’s Reed Union Building.
