Biography
Dr. Hsin-Li Chan is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Industrial Engineering at Penn State Behrend where she has been a faculty member since 2018. She graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior to earning her Ph.D., she received an M.S. in Applied Statistics from Syracuse University and a B.B. in International Business at Tamkang University, Taiwan.
