Biography
Karrie Bowen earned a master of arts in communication studies from Edinboro University in 2002, and a bachelor of arts in speech and communication studies from Edinboro University in 1997.
Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy combines theoretical and hands-on work and my course load is primarily centered in media writing, public relations, and critical studies. I am also very involved with leadership and organizational development, and I like to run my courses with a great mix of teamwork and real-life practicality.
