- Responsible for overall direction of Educational Equity & Diversity Programs, including Disability Services and Global Programs
- Advises Multi-Cultural Council
- Co-chair for Chancellor's Council on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Primary adviser for fraternity & sorority community including Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, and Order of Omega
