Stephanie Rhodes

Stephanie is employed with the Northwest Tri-County IU5 as their Career Readiness Educational Facilitator in School Improvement Services – Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Department. Her goal is to promote initiatives established by Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit, the PA Department of Education, the Department of Labor and Industry, and the U.S. Department of Education. Her mission is to assist a future-ready workforce engaging all learners in Erie, Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties.

Stephanie is a graduate of Mercyhurst University with a degree in Education. She has been educating for over twenty years, supporting adults, students, and their families, and empowering individuals to learn and strive for success through continued education. She has supported teachers, first-generation students through post-secondary transitions, and adults’ journeys through workforce development, and has collaborated with community partners, ultimately turning challenges into new opportunities.
