Biography
Ying Cao is an Assistant Professor of Project and Supply Chain Management in the Black School of Business at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. She received her Ph.D. in management science from the University of Texas at Dallas and her research areas include sustainable supply chain management, retail operations, and inventory management. Her research articles have been published in journals including International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Quality Management Journal, and Health Marketing Quarterly. She earned the certificate for Leverage Diversity and Inclusion for Organizational Excellence from Stanford University, and the certificate for Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
