Biography
Professor Williams is an accomplished instructor in accounting with a diverse personal background spanning both the public and private accounting sectors. With experience in tax accounting, coupled with specialized knowledge in property management, medical, and manufacturing industries, Prof. Williams brings a unique blend of expertise to the classroom.
Prof. Williams maintains a commitment to lifelong learning having originally obtained dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting and International Business, followed by a master's degree in Professional Accounting. Since becoming an instructor at Behrend, he has obtained additional bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance, and is currently in pursuit of others.
Prof. Williams has been awarded the Black School of Business Excellence in Teaching award (2023), Academic Advising Award (2024), and has served on the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Council as a Council Member (2024–2026).
