Our METAL and ACE programs are FREE and offer both online and in-person components, with the online portion serving as a prerequisite for eligibility to the in-person boot camp. The Metallurgical Engineering Trades Apprenticeship and Learning (METAL) program focuses on revitalizing the casting and forging workforce, engaging students in project-based learning and modern technologies to solve real-world challenges in the base metals industry. Alongside, the America’s Cutting Edge (ACE) program works to address the manufacturing skills gap by providing hands-on training in advanced machining techniques and technologies. Both programs, led by industry experts, offer students invaluable insights and open doors to new career opportunities in metalcasting, forging, and machining.
