A 3-credit course is typically offered Monday (Mo), Wednesday (We), and Friday (Fr) for 50 minutes, or Tuesday (Tu) and Thursday (Th) for 75 minutes. Classes primarily begin at 8:00 a.m. and are in session throughout the day and evening.
Examples of class times might be MoWeFr from 8:00 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. or from 9:05 a.m. to 9:55 a.m., or TuTh from 3:05 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. or from 4:35 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. There is a break between classes of 15 minutes, which allows students enough time to get from one class to another. Some courses, especially those with labs, can be scattered throughout the day or evening.
Evening courses tend to be 75 minutes two days a week or three hours one day a week for a 3-credit course.
