Indira Kulasic, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, received the Irvin H. Kochel Award at Penn State Behrend's annual Honors and Awards Convocation. The award recognizes an outstanding student who demonstrates qualities of character, scholarship, leadership and citizenship through involvement in programs and service.
