Undergraduate research is a central pillar of Penn State Behrend's new strategic plan. “Our students choose Behrend in part because they know they can graduate with a résumé, not just a degree,” said Alicyn Rhoades, vice chancellor and associate director of research and graduate studies.
Penn State Behrend pitcher Abby Tingley earned her 250th career strikeout in a win over Mt. Aloysius on April 3. Tingley, a senior from Union City, threw a complete game, allowing just two hits.
