Developed through a cooperative effort between Penn State and the Open Education Network, the textbook is freely available for download from Penn State University Libraries’ ROAM platform.
ROAM, short for “Repository of Open and Affordable Materials,” is an online publication service maintained by Penn State University Libraries for openly licensed educational materials authored by Penn State faculty.
