The Gaelic singer Julie Fowlis will perform at Penn State Behrend as part of Music at Noon: The Logan Series on Oct. 11.

The New York-based brass-funk band Lucky Chops will perform at Penn State Behrend as part of Music at Noon: The Logan Series on Sept. 13.

Lauren Cass, a sophomore at Penn State Behrend, used resources from the college's "Six Weeks Initiative" during her transition to college.

With the help of scholarship support, Alex John graduated from Penn State Behrend’s computer engineering technologies program in May 2022. 

Other Welcome Week programming at Penn State Behrend includes a carnival, a stand-up comic and a concert at the Behrend soccer complex.

Move-in day at Penn State Behrend begins a full week of programming, including academic convocation, the formal start of the academic year. Classes began Aug. 22.

“If I can take a box of stuff up to their room for them and talk to them for a few minutes and make them a little more comfortable about being here, why wouldn’t I do that?” asked Josiah Burkett, at right.
