During the Career and Internship Fair, members of Behrend Benefiting THON took professional headshots for students who wanted to improve their LinkedIn profiles.
“Companies are hiring, and they’re really enthusiastic about being back on campus, and in-person,” said Lauri Enterline, associate director of career services at Penn State Behrend.
The fiction writer Chinelo Okparanta, winner of the O. Henry Prize, will open the Smith Creative Writers Reading Series at Penn State Behrend with a free reading on Oct. 6.
Aubin Kotewicz, a senior in the international business and business economics programs at Penn State Behrend, studied abroad in Pforzheim, Germany. He received a Gilman scholarship, a national award administered through the U.S. Department of State.
Recruiters for more than 20 companies, including Natech Plastics and the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, will meet with students during Penn State Behrend’s virtual Career and Internship Fair on Thursday, Sept. 29.
