"The Infiltrators" film screening will be held October 9 at 6:30 p.m.

Sundance Award-winning filmmakers Cristina Ibarra and Alex Rivera will participate in a discussion after an online screening of their film "The Infiltrators" at 6:30 p.m. this Friday, October 9, open to all campuses and their communities. The event is co-presented by the Latina/o Studies Program and Penn State’s Sustainability Institute as part of the "Intersections: How We Respond" film series and Penn State’s Hispanic Heritage Month. "Fractal in Flight"

This sculpture of a stage-5 Sierpinski tetrahedron is a model of a fractal -- a structure with infinite triangles. It was built by students in the Math Club at Penn State Behrend.

 Sheila Ogden led the Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team to a 34-3 mark in conference play during her four years as a starter. She is still ranked third in career kills (1,161).

 Joe Nelson led the 2009 Penn State Behrend golf team to the AMCC title and was named AMCC Golfer of the Year. He won four tournaments, including the AMCC Individual Championship in 2008, and was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team three times.
