Maddie Malfara speaks at Penn State Brandywine's commencement.

After receiving her diploma from Chancellor Kristin Woolever, Penn State Brandywine biology graduate Maddie Malfara took a moment to thank family, friends and faculty members for their support. In addition to being a member of the campus' softball team, Malfara was a Schreyer Honors Scholar who conducted research alongside Assistant Professor of Biology Megan Povelones.

Penn State Behrend's historic Erie Hall will undergo renovations in 2020 to expand the campus' fitness and recreation facilities, as well as Behrend's Personal Counseling and Police Services offices.

Trash to Treasure donations will be accepted in Erie Hall during the weeks of April 29-May 3 and May 6-10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Trash to Treasure donations will be accepted in Erie Hall during the weeks of April 29-May 3 and May 6-10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Items accepted for donation include athletic equipment, clothing, non-perishable food, cleaning supplies, computers, light fixtures, carpets, toys, printers, fans, furniture, stereos and appliances. Televisions will only be accepted if they are flat screen and in working condition. All other electrical appliances should also be in working condition.

College for Kids 2019

Registration is now underway for College for Kids, Penn State Behrend's summer youth program. More than 100 half- and full-day courses are being offered, including several of the program’s most popular classes, including rocketry, robotics, video game design, roller coaster physics and stop-motion video animation.
