On Saturday, April 21, Hoodie Allen will headline the spring concert at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Public tickets, which cost $10, will be available beginning March 15.

Ernst Behrend, who founded Hammermill Paper Company in Erie with his brother, Otto Behrend, was born in Coeslin, Germany. Several years after his death, his wife, Mary Behrend, donated their Glenhill Farm for the establishment of Penn State Behrend.
Bob Light, former associate dean for research and outreach and chief operating officer at Penn State Behrend, died Feb. 13. "There is virtually no aspect of the college or our neighboring community where his impact was not felt," Chancellor Ralph Ford said.
