Ehsan Hoque, a 2004 graduate of Penn State Behrend, has developed a computer program that can read users' body language, eye contact and smile intensity. MIT Technology Review has named him one of the top 35 innovators under the age of 35.
Penn State Behrend Chancellor Ralph Ford discussed support for entrepreneurs during a Sept. 27 program at the Jefferson Educational Society. "Universities have always had a significant role in these systems," he said. "We're one of the key ingredients."
