    Biography

    Dr. Rasouli received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, in 2011.
    He joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Penn State Behrend in August 2013. From 2011 to 2013, he was an Electrical Engineer for Jacobs Engineering Group. From 2000 to 2005, he was a research engineer for Niroo Research Institute.

    Power system modeling and analysis, Power system operation, control and optimization, Smart grid and renewable energy systems modeling, Nonlinear system identification.
