Biography
TJ Bondarenka, a native of Pittsburgh, joined Wesco International in 2003 as a help desk analyst. During his 20-plus-year tenure, TJ has held numerous roles within the IT/Digital organization, each with progressively increasing responsibility. In his current role, TJ oversees the Global IT Infrastructure and Operations function for the $20 billion organization with more than 800 locations globally. He is responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure and Operations, which includes multiple data centers, an extensive cloud footprint, a global data network, and more than 20,000 endpoint devices.
TJ earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State Behrend in 2001 and holds multiple industry certifications.
In his free time, TJ coaches his daughters and serves as a board member of the Trafford Girls Softball Association.
He joined the Executive in Residence program during the 2025–26 academic year and works closely with the Project and Supply Chain Management program.
