Justin is a relationship manager with Fifth Third Wealth Advisors, serving clients in the Pittsburgh region. With more than 10 years of financial services industry experience, he provides comprehensive wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, endowments, and institutional clients. In his role, he works closely with his team to handle all aspects of client administration—ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction is achieved.

Justin joined Fifth Third in 2024. Previously, he worked with BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

He currently volunteers with the CFA Society of Pittsburgh's "Financial Literacy Project" to help empower Pennsylvania students to take control of their financial futures.

Justin is a Pittsburgh-area native. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, especially his two nieces and nephew. In addition, Justin competes in and coaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Pennsylvania Combat Sports where he received his black belt in August 2022.

He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science from Waynesburg University.

Steve graduated from Penn State Behrend in 2008 and started his career in a leadership rotational program at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Relocating to San Francisco in 2010, he led financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and business economics for BlackRock's U.S. iShares ETF business. Steve joined Lending Club in 2014 to help manage their IPO, the largest fintech IPO of the year. Steve returned to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2016 to lead finance for three genetic science businesses. In 2018, Steve relocated to Portland, Oregon, where he was the director of finance for a $2B semiconductor division. In 2020, Steve led all general and administrative (G&A) functions at Rumpl, an outdoor soft goods company, enabling them to more than triple headcount and revenue in less than two years. He worked briefly as the FP&A leader at Skilljar (SaaS / Learning Management Software). He recently joined Payward, Inc. (a cryptocurrency firm) as the director of finance. 

Steve and his wife Abby live in Portland and enjoy rock climbing, fly fishing, backpacking, and backcountry skiing.

David Martin

David is the head of institutional coverage at FalconX, joining the company in 2021. With consolidated, seamless workflows that make it easy to access trading and prime services on a single platform, FalconX gives the world’s largest institutions an edge as they navigate digital assets. In addition to helping institutions build their digital asset business, David has primarily been involved in designing and launching products purpose-built for new crypto entrants and traditional finance—including treasury management and derivatives.

Before joining FalconX, David built OMS/EMS solutions at Ridgeline, a front-to-back office product suite geared toward buy-side asset managers. In addition, he co-founded Blockforce Capital, a quantitative crypto hedge fund where he held quantitative trading and portfolio management roles, focused on volatile asset classes and derivatives.

David holds a B.S. in Business from Penn State University.
