Penn State Behrend to host virtual open house on Saturday, Oct. 10

Penn State Behrend's Oct. 10 open house will be a virtual program, with Zoom sessions featuring Chancellor Ralph Ford, a panel of current students, and the college's admissions and financial aid staff.

ERIE, Pa. — High school students and their families are invited to attend Penn State Behrend’s virtual Penn State Day admissions open house on Saturday, Oct. 10.

The virtual open house events will be presented in a series of Zoom rooms. Prospective students and their guests will hear from admissions and financial aid staff, chat with Chancellor Ralph Ford and current students, and attend an information fair. They also are invited to meet with faculty members from the Black School of Business, the School of Engineering, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the School of Science to learn more about Penn State Behrend’s 40 undergraduate degrees and 50 minors and certificates.

An added bonus: Penn State Day participants will receive an application fee waiver, a $65 value.

The event begins at 1 p.m. and concludes at 3 p.m.
