Azure for Students Instructions

These are the instructions to access the Azure for students website.

1. Go to Microsoft's Azure web site.
2. At the Microsoft Azure Login page, type your Penn State email address. Click the Next button and enter your Penn State password.
3. Fill in your profile information, including Name, Penn State email, Phone, and Address.
4. Check the box indicating you are the individual identified on the account and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Customer Agreement including the Supplemental Individual User Terms. Then click Sign Up.
5. You will then be prompted for Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication.
6. At the Microsoft Azure Login page, type your Penn State email address. Click the Next button and enter your Penn State password.
7. You will then be directed to the Microsoft Azure Education Dashboard, which shows your available credits and their expiration date along with Free Services, Software, learning paths, and resources.
   1. After downloading and installing the software, you will need to provide the product key in order to use the software. This product key typically does not expire but is only provided once, so be sure to write it down.
