Behrend Information Technology Services (BITS), located in The General Electric Foundation Computer Center, is a full-service provider of technology resources, offering a wide array of support for all members of the campus community.
BITS offers support and services for all public computer labs, walk-up kiosks, and help desks. We also provide high-speed networks, black and white laser printing, local and cloud-based storage, and 100+ instructional software titles.
Additionally, lab resources may be accessed remotely 24/7/365. In addition to the public labs, there are numerous private lab environments which feature restricted access to curriculum-based resources. And each instructional environment offers a computer for faculty use, along with a projection and sound system.
Help desks are conveniently located at several different locations on campus. In addition to providing general assistance, the consultants can assist with personal device support.
