A new series of on-campus and online events will offer prospective graduate students information about Penn State Behrend’s five master’s degree programs, which include courses in Erie and at the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Township.

Penn State Behrend to host graduate degree info programs

A new series of on-campus and online events will offer prospective graduate students information about Penn State Behrend’s five master’s degree programs, which include courses in Erie and at the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Township.

Penn State Behrend has partnered with the Corry Higher Education Council to offer new certificate courses in basic email, Microsoft Word, LinkedIn and job-search and networking platforms. A $44,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry is funding the initiative.

Darren Williams, professor of astronomy and astrophysics, will discuss the different theories about the origin of the moon – a galactic collision, or the pull of gravity – at the next Open House Night in Astronomy at Penn State Behrend.
