Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, invites are area high school juniors to apply to its two free college-prep summer programs, Minority College Experience (MCE) and Women in Science and Engineering (WISE). An open house for prospective MCE or WISE students and their families will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, in 117 Reed Union Building. Admission is free and no reservation is needed.
