When three married couples enrolled in Penn State Behrend’s MBA program, they learned they had an advantage over other students: “We always knew who our partner would be for any class project,” one said.
Three families with ties to Penn State Behrend have created scholarships that will support educational equity at the college. Their endowed gifts will directly support students whose gender, race or cultural background contributes to the diversity of Behrend’s student body.

Seven former student-athletes -- all graduates of the Class of 2010 -- have been named to the Penn State Behrend Athletics Hall of Fame. They will be inducted in the spring, at a ceremony that also will honor Robert Wittman, who coordinated intramural and club sports at Behrend for nearly 30 years.
